Within this activity, SHA organized a roundtable, inviting migrants and refugees to discuss the work ethics, processes, and practices they want to see in place, from hiring companies to reducing prejudice and creating an inclusive ecosystem. Students were asked to provide examples of their experiences working as immigrants or refugees in Greece and provide the positive practices they have seen in place and the harmful practices they have encountered. We compiled this activity into one well-rounded meeting to attract more migrants and refugees and create a complete discussion where participants can express themselves about their experiences.
